UK SHIPPING

Orders below £30 to UK destinations incur a delivery fee of £4.99 (Standard Delivery). All orders above £30 are shipped free of charge. Parcels are normally delivered 3-4 working days after ordering and are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Orders posted to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties which may delay your order. Please check with your Customs Office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Once dispatched, you have up to fourteen days to return your product and to request a refund (please refer to the ‘Returns’ section for more details).

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@miracleleaves.co.uk and provide us with your name, address and order reference number.

DAMAGED GOODS

If the contents of the parcel arrive damaged and you wish to return them please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the goods to the address below and will be happy to replace them, including your return postage cost.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the product or receive a refund, please email us at info@miracleleaves.co.uk stating the reason for return. We will then supply you with a Returns Code which must be quoted when returning your goods.

Please note that to qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all goods must be unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage.

To exchange or refund your order, we must be notified within fourteen days of you receiving your products. Once you have notified us, you then have up to fourteen days to return your products.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive the payment within 7 working days to the same payment method used to place the order. 

LOST GOODS

If your parcel has been lost in the post, Royal Mail will only investigate 17 working days after it was dispatched. If your parcel has still not materialised after their investigations have been completed, Royal Mail will refund the order value and shipping costs to us. We can then either resend your order or reimburse you, if you require.
